Located in Sundsvall, this office fit-out for Handelsbanken occupies two floors linked by an original  1950s staircase, retained as the heart of the new layout. The project unites a customer-facing branch with back-office accommodation, with a clear focus on client meetings and welcoming arrival spaces.

A considered spatial hierarchy leads visitors from reception through to meeting rooms on the upper floor, while staff workspaces sit below. High-quality materials and tailored lighting bring warmth and depth throughout, creating an interior that feels both contemporary and quietly respectful of the building's mid-century origins.
